David Plouffe: There's Zero Chance 'Sideshow' Trump Would Ever Be Hired By The American People

Obama senior advisor David Plouffe on ABC This Week is asked about Trump. Plouffe calls him a sideshow with zero chance of winning. This guy's arrogance is on full display just about every single time I've seen him in an interview :

Plouffe says that Donald Trump had no chance of making it to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Plouffe, who managed President Obama's successful 2008 campaign, told Amanpour that any Trump presidential run would be a losing affair.

"What do you make of Donald Trump and raising this [birth certificate] issue?" Amanpour asked Plouffe. "Do you think it's going to be a big issue in the campaign?"

"I don't. I think I saw Donald Trump kind of rising in some polls and given his behavior and spectacle the last couple of weeks, I hope he keeps on rising because there is zero chance that Donald Trump would ever be hired by the American people to do this job,"

WASHINGTON (Associated Press) —

A senior White House aide says real estate tycoon and prospective GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump is displaying “sideshow behavior” in questioning President Barack Obama’s American birth and respect for the Constitution.

Senior White House adviser David Plouffe says that “there’s zero chance” Trump would be “hired” by the American people as president.

Plouffe’s comment, a riff on Trump’s business-themed reality TV show, came after he was asked on ABC “This Week” about the tycoon’s recent swipes at Obama.

Officials in Hawaii have long certified Obama’s birth there, but Trump has revived questions about whether the president was born abroad and now suggests Obama may have violated the Constitution.

Leave it to AP. Even the current governor, who claims to remember Obama as a baby in his parents’ loving arms, after making as much or more a ‘side show’ of this question, came up with ‘notations’ in the file.
