Although that may be true, it could still be used as a point of contention to an incoming Republican administration and/or Congress.
They could present a case that the ‘usurper’ did not have the interest of the American people at heart when he either signed a new law or vetoed one.
That’s if they are smart and have the guts to do it.

If BO were removed, who would be President? Wouldn't Biden be illegitimate as well? Elected under fraudulent circumstances? Would the Presidency actually go to McCain, with Sarah Palin as Vice-President, since they were the only legitimate ticket in the race??
