He is not eligible. His father was a British citizen. What we have are corrupt judges. Nothing he has signed is valid if we had judges with integrity.
The Supreme Court is not credible in this instance. They have had many chance’s to hear a case on this and cowardly turned them all down.
By the sounds of things it sounds like we are going to have to elect an outsider this time for President. Someone who values the constitution and someone who is NOT going to take any crap... nobody wobbly. I am very dissapointed in John Boehner this morning. He caved.
For the last 2 years I kept an ear to the birth certificate issue but never really participated in the threads and always figured "surely if any of what they say is true, it will come to light".
So, for the most part I ignored it. If talking with friends I might mention something small about it but very shallow and quick.
These last three weeks I am one of those who has started paying more attention and reading about some of the findings and I do NOT like what I'm reading about records of his. And not just his records but his mothers, grandparents and other members of his family in other countries.
We need to start with the basics of the US Constitution and explain to the average American who exactly can and who cannot be President according to the Constitution. From what I'm reading (if it is true), Americans need to be prepared with this information.
What we have is a judicial system and both houses of congress full of Communists hell bent on destroying our form of government!!!

Accept that his father was already married to a woman in Kenya. Britain would not have recognized the marriage therefore would not have recognized Jr. as a British citizen.
