>> His father was a British citizen.<<
Accept that his father was already married to a woman in Kenya. Britain would not have recognized the marriage therefore would not have recognized Jr. as a British citizen.

Good point...But, it does not change the fact that he is not eligible because his father was not a US citizen and he cannot be an NBC.

It wouldn’t be necessary for Britain to recognize Jr. as a citizen.
The fact that Sr. was considered a British citizen would be enough to disqualify Obie for the Presidency.
Even if he was born in Hawaii, it still doesn’t change the fact that both parents are not citizens of the U.S.

How about this for a rhetorical question:
If a British man sends a sperm sample to an American woman who doesn't disclose the source of the sample, and she has herself impregnated with it, is the baby a Brit, or an American citizen?
Just askin...because women are having illegal babies everyday in this country with "unknown" fathers (unless they've been on Jerry Springer), so by that thinking, all illegal babies with undisclosed fathers should not be eligible for citizenship.
Just sayin....

Obama’s father had to be a U.S.citizen at the time of Obama’s birth for Obama to be a natural born citizen of the U.S.
