That’s a real tease on the SC Justice. I wonder when he will clarify that loose end. It really does matter. (I had already read parts of this interview. I hadn’t read the favorite justice part, though.)

Yeah, a lot hinges on that favorite supreme court justice for me. And not just with Trump, but with every candidate. He or she will have to go on record with promises before the final presidential campaign begins and be held to the "deal" if elected. We can probably expect a "Harriet Miers" episode or two even if a republican wins. This is why we need to make the federal Congress (House and Senate) more Tea-Party-like in the next election. We must insulate ourselves against whoever wins the Presidency. In fact, our number one task (besides defeating the Kenyan) is to support the ascendancy of the Tea Party at every level of government, from the US Senate to the local school board.
