Agree, we're out of time for making deals. We've got to make substantial cuts and NOW. That's said, a number of respected economists predict it's already too late.

If there isn’t a shutdown of the federal government, then it will mean FAILURE for, both, the GOP and “the advancement of true conservatism”. The U.S. will become a third world “mess”, if leftist domination of U.S. politics doesn’t come to an actual end, asap.
