Absolutely... she was a deranged lunatic for doing so, but we both know that was the case anyway.
I would also point out that in most elections, even a change of several thousand votes in an official vote total vs. the unofficial media tally would be inconsequential to the outcome and not even come up for discussion, as the margin is normally larger between the candidates in the raw vote total even if the overall percentage difference was narrow. Likely these kinds of tally differences occurred in all other elections, but are only significant given how narrow the margin is between the candidates.
