Ham said the operation was largely stalemated now and was more likely to remain that way since America has transferred control to NATO. I'm confused. What is this "operation" that is "stalemated"? Obama said we weren't trying to help the rebels remove Gaddafi.
Libya isn't Operation Odyssey Dawn, it's operation WTF. It'll be even more so if Obama vetoes the pay bill for our armed forces.
