I’m watching. I think there are people in the HDOH office who could be willing to be the first ones to talk.
If Trump’s investigators know how to do it right they could get an earful, I think. When the governor himself has said to an interviewer that an investigation showed that they have something actually written down in the State Archives but implied that it wouldn’t likely convince doubters, I think it’s pretty much an open secret, like Tim Adams said in his affidavit.
Sort of like the HDOH web page said they wouldn’t issue certified long-form copies, but people in Hawaii knew they were issueing them every day. It took somebody catching it on video before those of us not in Hawaii could prove that the HDOH was lying to everybody about that, playing the whole nation for fools - with a media more than happy to play right along.
