Dane County (Madison) is slow with its results. Only 20% reporting and Kloppenbooger is leading nearly 2 to 1.Actually it's faster than the average of the rest of the state.

Actually it's faster than the average of the rest of the state. It seems that they have been reporting 49/248 for the last half hour or so. Milwaukee is reporting only 10%. I guess those are the two large metro areas for the state. Both are leaning, by a lot, to the dem.
