This election is important nationally too. If Kloppenburg is elected the Wisconsin mandate by the electorate in 2010 in this state will be negated by the WI Supreme Court and the unions will have won.
I live in a hardcore conservative area and discovered today that my Prosser yardsign was mutilated and thrown into one of my plantings.
Pray for Wisconsin and for Prosser's election!
Columbia County is; Douglas is up north.
Margin now down to 53-47, with other counties starting to report. Heading in the right direction, but still too early to tell.
Good luck, Wisconsin.
Prosser 12,801 47%, Kloppenburg 14,582 53%
Douglas County is in the upper NW part of Wisconsin.
Keep on eye on Rock County. This is the Janesville area where the auto plant was shut down.
Thx - if those margins in Dane hold, Prosser can win. Those percentages are not insurrmountable.
If Prosser can hold 40% from Dane then he has it in the bag. This is actually good news.
Cavuto lead with it and did a huge piece on WI and the entire subject.
And Columbia County is next to Dane County. I’m assuming that’s a Madison suburb.
Yep....Feingold won Dane 70-30 in 2010 and lost....
Here are the Brown County returns (Green Bay area): http://www.co.brown.wi.us/i_brown/d/county_clerk/2011aprel45.htm
Looks like this is Prosser country with the early returns. I was number 171, and I voted a little after 8 this morning. That’s high for our area, I think. My husband voted after 4 and the line was long.
I was doing the same thing. Columbia County is a little discouraging at this point, but who knows which precincts are still out.
ON WISCONSIN!
Go Prosser! Go conservatives!
3% reporting, not looking good at all thus far.
Does anyone know of a way to see which areas have reported versus those that haven’t? I’m hoping this is Madison coming in and things will improve.
no returns from waukesha, or ozaukee cty yet...cross plains, suburb of madistan first to report so kloppenberg takes early lead
What is your source, please?
2004 Wisconsin Presidential Results
This is useful because it was a 50-50 race and the link has percentages by county. So you can compare how a 50-50 race went by county in Wisconsin. You can also look at turnout, as in what percent of the 2004 turnout is being seen in each county.
It looks like the only counties that are going for (D) so far are Columbia, Dane and Douglas.
I know it’s still early.
The Union Thugs poured so much money in this race that there is no way we can win this. Milwaukee isn’t reporting yet they will be busing people to the polls with a grab bag of booze and cigarettes.
