Madison A state law to sharply curb union bargaining by public employees is not in effect, a Dane County judge ruled Thursday, continuing the turmoil over a measure that sparked massive protests and prompted Democrats to boycott the Senate for three weeks.
Gov. Scott Walker's administration said it would comply and discontinue the implementation of the law.

The barking dog media usually loves to crow about such things.
But in this the media feels some ‘kinship’ in I guess.
I understand the Rule 93 exception. Governor Walker complied with that rule, but to cover himself, he gave two hours notice as well so that it was covered by the other portion of the Open Meetings law.
Bottom line is that this will be decided in the Governor’s favor in court. This is just a delaying tactic by the libs.
