They are “preparing the Ground” for a future land invasion which is likely later in April should Gudaffi not throw in the towel.
I seriously doubt that we will provide any combat troops. If the air power does its job, Ghadaffi’s forces will be so demoralized and unequipped that they will go over to the rebel side. We are talking about a ragtag arab military that can’t hold a candle to the forces arrayed against them. It is like shooting fish in a barrel. The A-10 warthogs and the C-130 gunships will decimate them. This is the real massacre—not that I care about what happens to them.
