I believe the Founding Fathers were intentional as to such cases because they wantedsworn allegience to tyhe USA. It is misleading to just mention place of birth of the parents. My brother and I were in this predicament. I will note that the predicament did not dampen our loyalty and spirit to serve in WWII. My brother died in WWII with those feelings.
