I would have preferred Jindal as he has more experience imho

What would be interesting about that is that although Jindal was born in La., his parents were both born in Punjab. I wonder if the libs would question his eligibility? I know that I do.

It’s really funny how we all differ on Palin. From the very beginning I saw her as a political genuis - a truly charismatic woman with lots of common sense and real wit. I think a lot of folks who admire Ivy League smarts completely underestimated her. Thanks for your answer, and I hope you don’t get flamed!!!

I was slow to appreciate Bachmann for some reason. But when she insulted Chris Matthews right to his face I became her biggest fan, lol.

My view on Palin is that I believe she has learned a lot since the next election, and I want to see how she applies this to the primary season.

I think she actually has the benefit of lowered expectations, so that if she exceeds them, she will rise very quickly.

You can smell their fear.

I’m convinced they were all sending out for fresh underwear during her Convention speech

You have my sympathy with these guys! How awful for you.

I made friends on Facebook with an American woman living in Canada (we had mutual friends). Everything was going swimmingly until she saw some anti-Obama sign that was, unfortunately, very nasty and racist. She then went on and on in the most horrible way about how she gave up her American citizenship because America was evil, racist, you name it. A truly horrifying screed because of one stupid, ugly photograph. I quickly “unfriended” her. I don’t think she’s noticed, lol! Canadians and their fellow travellers are a weird bunch...

I’m a little surprised at how Palin-doubters (and you’re certainly entitled to your opinion!) have forgotten her magnificent speech at the convention. I’ll never forget Newt’s blackhearted expression as she blew away the audience! I, for one, was an instant fan.

When libs are confused and overwhelmed, they spout incoherence with only one thing clear: they want the “problem” to disapear, to be “solved”, in other words they editorialize proposition of murder into newsworthiness command. BDS went further into making it a culture of hate on Bush... much like, say, rap music can be entertaining.

Like Sam Clemens, the reports of Ms Palin’s (political) demise are greatly exaggerated.

“The joke writes itself!” LOLOL! Maybe the joke is that YOU, John, are a gullible boob. C’mon, admit it John, you voted for the Punk who had befriended terrorists, Communists and racists. You couldn’t help it, John. It was a historic moment. YOU were the change you were waiting for! You may well not need the brain power of a 7-watt light bulb to begin to realize how silly you were. It’s OK, John. NOW you are a wise man! Admiringly, Bob

They think they can demoralize her to the point that she will not run.

We need to continue to pray for her to withstand the arrows of the enemy.

Were his parents naturalized citizens at the time he was born? I don't know, but if so, I believe that would qualify him as a natural born citizen.
