She was a great and classic actress. A couple of my favorite movies are A Place in the Sun, and Cleopatra.
RIP.

I will admit I know next to nothing about her other then what I saw in the check-out rags.
My wife will be very sad to hear this. She loves her movies.

What a beautiful woman. She will now be remembered for her earlier life and films.
I just watched Cat on a Hot Tin Roof for the first time. She and Newman were just amazing to watch!
May she rest in peace.

Rest in Peace, Ms Taylor. I loved that movie, very inspirational to a young girl..and I was so horse-crazy a that time. I didn’t follow her other movies, this is the one that I loved.

I don’t think she ever was the same after Richard Burton passed, that was when she started hanging out with whackos like Michael Jackson.

Another of the greats of Hollywood is gone. Elizabeth was from the era when the stars practiced their craft and could truly act. So few of those around today. It is a shame she suffered so many health problems in her later years. Now she can be at peace.

My favorite of her films-— Butterfield 8 and A Place in the Sun but mainly for the performances of Clift and Winters.

When the going got tough -— she just kept on going. A remarkable person who never seemed to let her health problems get her down.

May God bless her and comfort her family. She brought people happiness with her movies, and seemed to be a very nice person.
