Isn’t there a recognized law/doctrine specifically addressing foreign nationals wearing military uniforms and/or impersonating the armed forces of the United States?
I know in the past large families were not uncommon, but in this situation, it might have been better to have different names on the stolen or borrowed uniforms. Darwin comes to mind.

I have a better suggestion...not only for illegal aliens but also for those who are in jail. Put them on tread mills and hook tread mills to generators for about 8 hours a day. Of course pee break and meals. They’ll be so tired they won’t be making trouble for anyone and they’ll get all the physical excercise they want and need. There won’t be any need for gym equipment and they’ll be earning their keep.
This is bizarre; they have to find the real “Perez” that sold his size S fatigues to these jackasses. I can’t believe this isn’t a more serious crime than simply an immigration offense.
