Wow he managed it to take off in europe and even managed it to land in north america!
And sorry to say, but this pilot faced the same danger the pilot of the b-2 faced while flying this route. (and the danger is ZERO) There are no libyan planes hiding in the north atlantic! Libya is not the former USSR. Once they enter libyan airspace there is some danger. (But this can be said for EVERY aircraft) for the rest of the trip...
There is no danger at all because you are over friendly airspace all the time.
