Don Wade and Roma will be relating the story at 7:20AM this morning about documents surfacing that show Barry Obama registered in college as a foreign student in order to get financial aid.

There was nothing "massaged" about Fukino's statements. She was clear and explict.
Fact: Obama used personal and tax paid government attorneys, sent them around the nation, to prevent the release of common documents that unanointed American routinely release for many reasons.
That is not fact but falsehood.
Fact: A **real** natural born citizen would be **HONORED** to promptly prove, with the very best evidence, that he was eligible to be president and Commander in Chief. He would be especially **HONORED** to do this for any military member that might ask.
Sigh. So you don't understand the difference between fact and opinion. How sad.

To me, Occidental college officials, alumni, and students should be ashamed of themselves for not putting tremendous pressure on Obama and federal and state officials to allow Occidental to release Obama's college records.
If Obama did indeed register as a foreign student at Occidental college in California, then Occidental officials, as I see it, had a moral duty to do everything in their power to get Obama's records released to the public in order to save the United States from a person who would be a liar and fraud if Obama did indeed register as a foreign student at Occidental.

One statement clearly said a birth certificate is on record, but does NOT say that Obama's jpg matches the certificate on record. Another statement says clearly that other records, not the original birth certificate, somehow verify Obama was born in Hawaii, invents a term with no legal weight ("natural-born American citizen"), and still does not say that Obama's jpg is genuine or accurate. That's pretty clear and explicit. We know less about Obama than we did before her statements.
We do know the name of someone who lived in Obama's dorm at Occidental and went on to Columbia with him -- Phil Boerner, not a foreigner. We also know the name of his freshman roommate at Occidental -- Paul Carpenter, also not a foreigner. Kenneth Sulzer -- not a foreigner -- lived across the hall.
It's certainly true that many or most of his friends were foreigners -- Imad Husain, Mohammed Hasan Chandoo, Wahid Hamid, and later Vinai Thummalapally and Sohale Siddiqi. David Remnick says Obama's floor in Haines Hall was "unusually diverse" for Occidental at the time, but so far evidence hasn't turned up that it was "almost exclusively foreign students."
Given that Obama gravitated to non-White classmates (yet apparently not to African-Americans) he didn't have to be in an all or mostly foreign dorm to end up with mostly foreign acquaintances.
So frustrating. Why did these people say this? I have been hoping for something like this for a long time, because this issue is nearly more important than the birth certificate issue.
A fake long form might be produced one day, but if there is written evidence that Barry applied to college as a non-American, I do not think he could run for President again.
The opposition’s TV ads of a cafe au lait young left arm filling out a college application and clearly marking the box marked “NO” at the question, “Are you an American citizen?” would slay him, if the fraud itself would not have.
Not on the podcast. All I heard was their interview of John Bolton.
Given that in 1961 Hawaii did not issue birth certificates to anyone other than children born within the state, it is obvious that certificate must list Hawaii as the birthplace, and that is all that matters for his eligibility.

So which documents has Obama refused to disclose that other presidents disclosed voluntarily?
Also a FACT: Obama went to primary school in Indonesia under a different name (Barry Soetoro) and was listed on a form found by the AP to be an Indonesian citizen.
It was a registration form from a PRIVATE school, and hence carries no legal weight.
To this day Obama has never answered any question as to whether he was adopted and whether he was an Indonesian citizen.
None of which has any relevance to his eligibility.
Also a FACT: Obama on his own campaign website claimed to have dual citizenship at birth thus he is not a natural born citizen by standards used many times throughout history to define the term.
That is not a fact, but your personal legal opinion with which every judge and justice who has ruled on the matter disagrees.
Also a FACT: McCain was forced to provide his long-form birth certificate by democrats and for Congress to approve his eligibility though a double-standard exists in the case of Obama.
That is simply not true. McCain never released any birth certificate, be it long form or short, to Congress, and he hasn't made any public. Nor did anyone in Congress ever demand to see it.
Also a FACT: Documents exist showing that the Pelosi and the DNC intentionally omitted the words ‘natural born citizen’ from the certification to the States in reference to Obama (with the exception of Hawaii), thus two different certification documents exist and no explanation for this has been given.
There's a very simple explanation: different states have different documents. Duh.
In 1961, contrary to what you say:
Hawaiian statute 338 allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to obtain Hawaiian birth certificates, that those birth certificates can be obtained based on a statement of one relative only without any corroborating evidence from the hospital; that “late birth certificates” (i.e. non-contemporaneously, post-facto, in two words “potentially fabricated”) can lawfully, under this statute, be obtained at any time later in life.
Please stop taking away from curiosty’s time that could be devoted to focus on our energy problems, and his ability to attack the usurper for legitimate reasons, like his attempted government takeover of health care, his borderline treasonous decision to try KSM in a civilian court, and his attempt to destroy our economy via cap and trade.
