A hard-core group of liberal House Democrats is questioning the constitutionality of U.S. missile strikes against Libya, with one lawmaker raising the prospect of impeachment during a Democratic Caucus conference call on Saturday.
Reps. Jerrold Nadler (N.Y.), Donna Edwards (Md.), Mike Capuano (Mass.), Dennis Kucinich (Ohio), Maxine Waters (Calif.), Rob Andrews (N.J.), Sheila Jackson Lee (Texas), Barbara Lee (Calif.) and Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D.C.) all strongly raised objections to the constitutionality of the presidents actions during that call, said two Democratic lawmakers who took part.
Kucinich, who wanted to bring impeachment articles against both former President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney over Iraq only to be blocked by his own leadership asked why the U.S. missile strikes arent impeachable offenses.
Kucinich also questioned why Democratic leaders didnt object when President Barack Obama told them of his plan for American participation in enforcing the Libyan no-fly zone during a White House Situation Room meeting on Friday, sources told POLITICO.
And liberals fumed that Congress hadnt been formally consulted before the attack and expressed concern that it would lead to a third U.S. war in the Muslim world.

You’re an “outlaw” and haven’t been to Texas? What are waiting for? You’d better hurry or you be visiting Mexico.
Yep.
BillyJeff and Captain Zero didn't bother. No Republican needs to take any guff on this for a good many years to come.

LOL
I dunno. Kucinich is pretty much always anti-war. Of course he is for the wrong reason, he thinks the welfare state gets starved because of war. I don't see how this helps him in a primary against Betty Sutton once they are redistricted together into one seat.
Obama has supporters who will always vote for him no matter what. There are also a lot of opportunists who will desert him if he starts to go under. Then there are those who never liked him anyway. Hillary supporters are going to have a hard time. Either they like what she's convinced Obama to do, or they're very upset with their candidate.
The problem is that this country is in a world of hurt and without a lot of options. I'll say no more.

All their pink clothes are in mothballs while Zero is in office.
Hmmm.... Code "Pin Heads" might work.

Your post is worth considering. I shall do so.
They are busy protesting at Quantico in support of Bradley Manning.
PEE-WEE Kucinich needs to give it up; if the whole free world gets impeached, he still has no chance. HAAAAAAAAA! STAND UP PEE-WEE; oh, I’m sorry......
