What happens to all of the sea water that is being pumped in? Doesn't it become contaminated?
What caused the emergencies at the nuclear plants? The earthquake or the tsunami or both?

What happens to all of the sea water that is being pumped in?If it isn't recirculated through heat exchange it boils off as steam. If there is damage to the pool it leaks out. There are no reports that I am aware of indicating damage to the pool.
Doesn't it become contaminated?
Yes the steam is contaminated.
