Not only that but MD Democrats plan on staging another fiscal emergency where they ram though more tax increases to pay for crap like this just like they did in late 2007 after a yearlong spending orgy. Maryland is a great example of a public sector union run state.
BTW : This is illegal under federal law but there is no penalty.

MD might have misused tax-exempt education bond revenue. Maybe illegal transfers of tax-exempt funds? Maybe duped tax-exempt investors about the uses of education bond revenue?.
