Nice, but we need that 42% number to go up to guarantee the Won’s departure. It’s been hovering between 38 and 40 for several weeks now, while most of the fluctuation occurs on the strongly approve side, varying between about 20 and 29.

Below 50% and he’s toast.

It has been as high as 47%...who are these people in the 'strongly disapprove' category whose opinions keep wandering? What has Obama done to IMPROVE their opinion of him. I don't get it.

No worries. No president has ever been re-elected with approval numbers below 50%. The Republicans would win easily unless they put up another RINO like McLame.
