We don't deprive peple of life, liberty or property based on suspicion, there are guaranteed legal steps which must be taken.
Who would Obama have making decisions? What criteria would be set? Most important, what protections would be in place to prevent abuse?
I'm betting Obama doesn't want to be specific here, he is just rallying his troops and turning them loose against freedom once again.
Obama ... recognized the Second Amendment grants individuals the right to bear arms.
Wrong Obummer! The second amendment does no such thing. Read it. It says: "The right of the people ... shall not be infringed", and nothing like "The people shall have the right..." or "The right of keeping ... is hereby granted to the people". Nope, the very grammar of the sentence indicates that the right exists, independent of the Constitution and it's second amendment.
