Here’s what I learned recently: Someone I spoke with claimed that Ailes was scheduled to speak at their event in March, but canceled. It appears that Roger’s people, ostensibly using a clause in his contract, said he “cannot appear for legal reasons.”

I asked “What, precisely, does that mean?”

The response: “Roger Ailes will be indicted — probably this week, maybe even Monday.”

Well picking on Ailes would be a big mistake for Obama. Ailes could flip the 'birther' switch in a heartbeat. Even O'Reilly would start talking up the Birth Certificate issue if Ailes gave the word. Obama is not going to risk that.

You can indict a ham samich, getting a conviction is a whole other ball game.

The real issue here is that Ailes nor Murdoch have bowed to pressure, threats, or bribes from the Soros minons, Moveon types, or NAACP Klan. This is nothing but a skirmish in a clash of the titans battle.
