These are a just a few things that any intelligent person is willing to say to a police officer. It can make a routine traffic stop go pretty smoothly.
"No, you cannot search my car."
"Do you have a warrant?"
"Am I being arrested?"
These are more phrases that can come in handy. The key idea is that making speeches about your innocence, providing helpful information and showcasing the fact that you have nothing to hide, are a model citizen, and have done nothing wrong -- this is just stupid behavior. It's much smarter to say as little as possible.
