All of them are handing out false documents, knowing that those documents will be used by the recipient to obtain compensation from the state that the recipient isn't entitled to. Goes in the co-conspirator category IMHO.

I also notice that the good doctor is on the insurance panels for the following companies:
PersonalCare Insurance of Illinois
Great West Healthcare
Aetna
Cigna
Humana
Multiplan
Blue Cross & Blue Shield
First Health Network
I do wonder if those companies know if the doctor is willing to commit fraud?

When I was in the AFL-CIO our shop steward had a list of “preferred” doctors for getting excuses. I just went with the standard list of docs that took PHP. Of course I only went to the3 doc when I really needed to.
