Heard about the cyber-attack recently launched on the website of David Rivkin, lead counsel for 26 states and the National Federation of Independent Business in the Florida lawsuit against Obamacare? As Stimson says, Imagine, for example, a similar attack on the website of the plaintiffs in the challenge to Californias Proposition 8, which struck down same-sex marriage in the state. Imagine the outrage, finger-pointing, and howls of indignation that would follow. The 1 million spam comments were on the “illegal health reform” article in the Washington Post. Loaded in 5 minutes, they would have triggered an automatic Denial of Service from the Internet Service Provider. These “hacktivists” need to be stopped. Let’s just see if the cyber crime division of the FBI does anything about it.
