Unless Issa takes up the issue very, very soon we will not be able to get rid of Obama before the 2012 election just because of the time involved in doing the investigations and prosecuting a case.
But if we can get legislation in just one state that grants legal standing to a registered voter who challenges in court a candidate’s eligibility, Soros may decide Obama dare not risk it. If a person had legal standing they could get discovery of all the records necessary to show whether or not there are genuine records that prove Obama was born here, is a US citizen even now, and was born to 2 US citizens.
Tampering with records could be discovered and presented to the court. We already know his passport file was illegally accessed 3 different times and the “investigation” of it apparently (from what I can find) never bothered to check whether the records had been ALTERED. But an audit of the record would show that, and if just one person can get discovery this whole mess could be revealed - which would implicate a LOT of people. You’d have Pelosi BEGGING Obama not to run, for instance, because she doesn’t want her perjury discovered.
Even in states where the legislature and/or governor can’t be trusted to pass legislation - for instance, if the Soros thugs make offers they can’t refuse - the thugs can’t threaten EVERYBODY, and ballot initiatives can allow the PEOPLE to pass an initiative giving any registered voter legal standing to challenge the eligibility of any candidate whose name is printed on their ballot - including the right to subpoena any and all records and information necessary to determine eligibility.
The whole reason this issue has been able to go the way it has is because the PEOPLE have no power to hold government bureaucrats accountable to the law. Take away the ability of the courts and the ruling class to ignore and ridicule the PEOPLE in a legal sense, and you open up a truly accountable situation where laws actually mean something. Take off the handcuffs of the people and government will begin to have a healthy fear of what will happen when they screw us time and again.
There are so many pluses to confronting this particular issue I don’t even know where to begin. This, of all issues, is the one where the entire system wanted to blow off the people and the rule of law. If we can hold the line on this issue, they will know their absolute power is broken. Their ridicule, their corruption, their refusal to listen.... nothing will defeat the will of the American people. They didn’t hear us in November because once the election is over they can screw us all they want, in the order of things now, since we have no power to prosecute or challenge them between elections. If we can make the law stick on this issue it will change that; they will no longer be untouchable.
