The SS officer was just naturally swinging his arms as he walked by. You can see on this pic, which was taken one or two steps after your posted pic, that the SS offier is not blocking access to LEOs weapon - just walking by:

Nope, you can enlarge the photo as has been done many times with photo shop. SS officer has hand on weapon. This is why the LEO has hands on chest away from weapon with back to president.
You can try all you want, but you have to face facts.I do not have to prove whats plainly in the photo, go do it yourself if you want with the proper software.
