Somewhere, someone, has the goods on ‘bummer and his REAL BC too - and I suspect a tight faced lady who likes BIG gavels...she's the one who orchestrated the path to ‘ubmmer not having to produce a BC for eligibility in the states.
She also signed those documents. I want to see the day when someone else, who knows where all the bodies are buried, drops the dime on both of them.
I wish someone would start the BC investigation from the other end - these ‘waivers’ from having to prove eligibility.

Most of us share your wish, but then most of us come from a culture that is confident that ultimately the good guys win.
However, it is clear to most that have watched this mind-numbing eligibility issue for the past 2-3 years that the only response we should expect from the people we hire to defend our Constitution is, "we will try to take steps so this doesn't happen again".
It seems more likely that any significant action with regard to this very current issue will be taken by bad guys for their own evil purposes. And such an outcome only makes it worse for the U.S.
