Egypt Sells $2.2 Billion Worth Of Domestic T-bills
Egypt’s central bank reduced the size of a treasury bill auction to 13 billion Egyptian pounds ($2.2 billion) from the planned 15 billion on Monday, suggesting demand for its debt has been hurt by two weeks of political unrest. In its first auction after a week-long bank closure, the central bank sold 7 billion pounds in 91-day bills compared with a planned 8 billion, and 4 billion pounds in 182-day bills ..
