You need to quite hyper-ventilating long enough to have a rational understanding that the Pubbies only have 47 in the Senate and can only make a showing, but can not pass doodley squat and the dems see nobamacare as their Golden Fleese and are sure NOT going to vote for repel, not to mention to over-ride a veto.
