The Hussein regime has absolute contempt for the American people.

Yeah, Marxist pigs are like that.

The balance of the court hasn’t changed.

I, hopefully, agree.

The dissent will probably be termed "The whiny broad dissenting opinion".

Like I said, might be fun.

DID THEY JUST USE THE WRONG WORD??

They've had three months or more to prepare for this moment - and that's the best they can come up with? I say FAIL!

SO WHAT AM I MISSING OR DID THEY JUST USE THE WRONG WORD??

They are saying that the legal verdict is "outside" of popular liberal doctrine.

Who would enforce the ruling?

I was worried that this ruling would be ignored, and it appears that it will. Fedgov doesn’t really care what the courts say, it wants what it wants.

“MISSING OR DID THEY JUST USE THE WRONG WORD?? “

Liberals do so much of this, you have to deconstruct their thinking to get at what they think they meant. If you view this one decision as one of many decisions and the other decisions reached a pro-Obamacare conclusion, then this one decision is an outlier.

But, this is not the decision of many. (A consensus, if you’re liberal. ‘Cause we all know a consensus beats a royal flush.) It is the decision of one. A decision of one; that being a decision that was not reached by The Many,* or the consensus, is meaningless and can be dismissed as...an outlier.

Clear?

"a senior administration source said "implementation will proceed at pace." "

So much for defending the Constitution. These traitors have to go!

They are communists. I have been repeating over and over for three years. They are not Americans they are communists. They hate the constitution. They want to get rid of it. It is not rocket science.

“In 2008, then-Senator Obama supported a health care reform proposal that did NOT include an individual mandate because he was at that time strongly opposed to the idea, stating that ‘if a mandate was the solution, we can try that to solve homelessness by mandating everybody to buy a house,’” wrote Judge Vinson brilliantly.

They also said it was not a tax before they dais it was a tax...

I see Obamma has broken out the tenth grade vocabulary for this press statement. His use of “outlier” has most of his supporters thinking he’s talking about those Hawaiian canoes.

You mean outrigger? That would be the dem party at election time.

Flee Levin, on his radio show, mentioned that the judge issued a federal order. Even Hussein can't go against it otherwise contempt charges could be brought.

Yeah, well... I got two words for you: Drilling Ban.

The judge probably was on full alert for SEIU/ACORN thugs using the persuasion of power.

I thought it was on CO2 regulation that they told another federal judge to kiss off.

Using the same judges, attorneys, politicians and media who are keeping his personal documents secret and unattainable?

(statistics) an extreme deviation from the mean.

In polling where you get four polls that show Øbongo’s approval rate at 42% and one at 55%, the 55% poll is considered the outlier (and most likely bought & paid for by dhimmicrats)..
