DID THEY JUST USE THE WRONG WORD??

They've had three months or more to prepare for this moment - and that's the best they can come up with? I say FAIL!

SO WHAT AM I MISSING OR DID THEY JUST USE THE WRONG WORD??

They are saying that the legal verdict is "outside" of popular liberal doctrine.

“MISSING OR DID THEY JUST USE THE WRONG WORD?? “

Liberals do so much of this, you have to deconstruct their thinking to get at what they think they meant. If you view this one decision as one of many decisions and the other decisions reached a pro-Obamacare conclusion, then this one decision is an outlier.

But, this is not the decision of many. (A consensus, if you’re liberal. ‘Cause we all know a consensus beats a royal flush.) It is the decision of one. A decision of one; that being a decision that was not reached by The Many,* or the consensus, is meaningless and can be dismissed as...an outlier.

Clear?

* The Collective.

(statistics) an extreme deviation from the mean.

In polling where you get four polls that show Øbongo’s approval rate at 42% and one at 55%, the 55% poll is considered the outlier (and most likely bought & paid for by dhimmicrats)..
