Rubio is NOT a Natural Born Citizen. Both of his parents, worthy folks that they are, were not citizens at the time of his birth.

Same goes for Bobby Jindal.

"Rubio is NOT a Natural Born Citizen."

It is unreal how many people just don't get it.

Under current law if he was born in the US unless he was the son of a diplomat of a foreign country he’s eligible to run for President.

Well, he can’t be Prez then.
But hey, as long as Mr. Rubio is on the right side of issues, he’s a fantastic Senator, right ?
I wonder if he’s been correct on the issues so far...

Marco's parents were legally admitted into US and it's irrelevant if they were just resident aliens or US citizens at the time of his birth. By law, he IS a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN hence he can serve as the president of the US.
