This is great! And now please tell me how it can possibly be constitutional for the Federal Government to force us to buy into Medicare when we turn 65?

No one that I am aware of MUST enroll in Medicare at 65.

That may be if you want to rely on medicare... but I don’t know how it works sooo... with a grain of salt...

Not saying I agree, but the argument is that medicare is a tax on EVERYONE and not a penalty for those that don’t buy something.

Had the government pushed single payer then they may have won.
