Chicago Alderman Sandi Jackson (wife of Jesse Jackson Jr., not sister to LaToya) seems to have admitted in public what many of us already know: that Obama is a one-term president.
She’s openly talking about building Obama’s presidential library and museum at the old USX site in an abandoned part of town called “South Shore” that’s eyed for redevelopment. This is in a rough part of the city that’s near both the University of Chicago and Hyde Park, where both the Obama/Rezko mansion and Louis Farrakhan’s residence are.
What’s interesting is that Jackson seems to be the first in Chicago to break the embargo on talking about the presidential library and museum question, because this is not something that’s discussed until a presidency is winding down and the man in the Oval Office is in the last days of his term.
Jackson says the USX site would put the Obama library on Lake Michigan, with a view of downtown Chicago that would be similar to the Kennedy Library in Boston and the way it’s situated on the water there.

Great job using the image of Sandi Jackson’s website for the body of the thread instead of the usual text, one that makes for an enhanced reading experience. I stopped posting articles this way after being informed that the story, any of its context would not turn up in a FR, Google search because there was no actual text for search tools to recognize. I occasionally still insert an image of the article but will include up to the allotted 300 word limit to have it turn up in a search request.
I was thinking it would be built at the old Clark Refinery in Blue Island. It would be tough to find a more polluted piece of property.

Placing the library under Lake Michigan might be a more suitable location. This administration has been underwater for more than two years now. And getting a replacement ASAP will surely be a breath of fresh air.
It is well known that the Jacksons (JJ, JJr and his wife Sandi) resent Obama. That is also true of mayoral candidates Chico and Braun and was true of them before Rahm entered the mayor’s race. But it is difficult to directly oppose a president popular with your own base.
I think it’s likely Obama can & will contend/insist/demand/ he is “eligible” by virtue of the fact that he is already president. Unless specific verbiage is inserted stating that current office holders are included...something like that anyway. Don’t know if its too late to add to the Az bill, but I suspect Leo Berman in Tx still has time to include it in his bill. Seems prudent to create any and all roadblocks to prevent this fraud from another 4 years.
If you consider a global economic Barackolypse, massive civil disturbance, suspended elections, and martial law - maybe his minions are seeing his “one term” more like a thousand year reich for his Negro Nazi Party.

Too many in this country have rightfully questioned his eligibility or lack thereof. That nothing has been done so far to clear this mystery up is to be blamed on Congress.
It gives the nation a good look of its integrity, courage and sense of honor.
Nothing of the sort. He’ll need at least six years to get all of the necessary faux marble columns assembled and to plan for the whole project which will dwarf any previous presidential library. Those were erected to honor mere mortals. This one will have to be a temple for worship of the Messiah. Shoot, you don’t get something like that funded and organized and planned and projected in a mere 2 years. You need at least six, if not six millennia.
So, sorry folks, but he’s planning on being around for six more years. Sandi just wants to make sure the temple gets off the ground soon enough to be ready for his apotheosis in January of 2017. Apotheosises take a long, long time to organize, even when experienced community organizers are on the planning committees.

The old US Steel “South Works” site is on the edge of the so-called “South Chicago” neighborhood, not “South Shore”, which is well north of the abondoned steel mill site.
The South Works plant site is bordered on the south by the Calumet River, on the east by the lake, and on the west and north by neighborhoods which at best would be described as dicey.
South Shore, a couple of decades back, was actually a pretty nice area, and even now it’s not as bad as most of the black neighborhoods on the South Side - some of the apartment buildings on the lake itself are actually quite nice. But if they truly are going to build on the US Steel site, that’s something a definite couple of notches down from South Shore.
There’s a couple of large landfill garbage mounds just south of Lake Calumet that would make a fine site for the library - they would even come with their own equivalent of BO.
Teleprompters, greek columns, pre-presidential seal, wall to wall tvs of O speeches, the bowing corner of pics, list of allies kicked, ipod speech downloads, etc..
