For a while I was not able to access my PINGS, PREFERENCES, nor FREEPMAIL. The Postings and Freepmail would show up in red that I had some, but when I would click on them the page was blank.

All of a sudden one day without ME doing anything my PINGS became accessible.

This all started when FreeRepublic went down during the beginning of the Freepathons. When it came back up was when I noticed all this. In the case of maybe browser problems, I would think if it was my browser I would have trouble with all the threads breaking up. It is only the Freepathon threads that are breaking up for me.

Jim, in one reply back to me you said "Computers do mysterious things" Hopefully ALL of FreeRepublic will mysteriously be accessible to me again.

Fiddlstix, like I said I CAN NOT access my FreepMail. I see you sent me one.

I see my mail sign light up in red. I click on it and then I see who the Mail is from, but when I click on that link, it comes up blank. Also where I can set PREFERENCES when I click on that it comes up blank.

So whatever you said to me in FreepMail I will not know unless someday ALL my FreeRepublic pages mysteriously appear again.
