Doctor says he doesn’t know the reason for request

HONOLULU (AP) - Gov. Neil Abercrombie's office said he asked Dr. Neal Palafox to withdraw his nomination to lead the state Department of Health, contradicting his administration's previous claim that Palafox withdrew himself.

Abercrombie spokeswoman Donalyn Dela Cruz confirmed it was the governor and not Palafox who asked for the withdrawal.

Dela Cruz declined to discuss the reason for Palafox's abrupt departure, and Palafox has said he doesn't know what led to his Wednesday dismissal after a month as interim Health Department director.

Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18(b)(9), a confidential birth record can be released without the permission of the person named on the record to: “a person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.”
In brief, Obama’s birth certificate can be subpoenaed. A congressional committee subpoena would also work.

Gov. Abercrombie’s Office backed up by the AG however says this is not true. Not only can’t the Governor release this written record in the achieve, either can the President.

Can you give a single plausible scenario how Obama be in the possession of a certified, genuine copy of his COLB, requested and delivered from Hawaii, in all of its beautiful 32-bit color for world to see?

Secondly, would Hawaii have not said they found a copy of Obama’s COLB in the records? Especially if they certified the document and released it to Obama’s campaign, upon his request?

How did he obtain records that are unobtainable?

They can. And they have.

The original “birthers” were liberal democrats, supporters of Hillary (known then as PUMA’s) who questioned McCain’s eligibility since he was born in Panama during a tour of duty his parents were on.

The Senate passed a resolution saying McCain was eligible to become POTUS and in fact we so far as to say this was backed because McCain was born of American Citizen Parent(3). Then Sen. Obama voted for the measure.

Strangely, after the resolution pass, the language about the parents was stripped.....more hmmmmmmmm minutes in the search for Obama’s well....anything.

Why would Abercommie have his Health Director resign ? or did Abercommie had him fired for some OTHER reason ?

Imagine that, being fired for telling the truth.

Should the question be asked ? one can only speculate that ?? did ? Abercommie asked him to lie ? and Polafox refused to lie for him ?
What would cause someone who knows the truth to lie ?
What motive would they have to lie when someone is known to have some honesty and integrity ?
Was he coerced ? and Polafox refused ?
As of now, this is what anyone can only speculate without all the facts.. because we are not being told all the facts because they are being " tight lipped " ... in other words, they are keeping quiet about it and hidden.

The previous administration in Hawaii under Governor Linda Lingle confirmed that both the original Obama Certificate of Live Birth and the computer print out Certification of Live Birth are on file and available.
The new Attorney General is wrong. Obama’s birth records can be released to Obama himself and to anyone with a court order from a court of competent jurisdiction. Governor Abercrombie could seek such an order if he wanted to and any prosecuting attorney in the United States could subpoena Obama’s birth certificate. Also any Chair of a Congressional Committee could issue a Congressional Subpoena for the Obama birth records.

New Attorney General just confirmed in the last couple of weeks, doesn’t know all the laws of the state yet.

Obama obtained a certified copy of his Certification of Live Birth from the Hawaii Department of Health in 2007.
