A celebrity journalist now claims he misspoke when he said last week that Hawaii’s governor told him he was unable to find President Barack Obama’s original birth certificate after a search of state and hospital archives.
Mike Evans told FoxNews.com on Wednesday he was remorseful and embarrassed that he appeared to have given the impression that he had discussed the search for Obama’s birth certificate with Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie.
Evans, who says he has been a close friend of Abercrombie since the 1980s, appeared on Minnesota’s KQRS radio last week and said he’d been told by the governor himself that Obama’s birth certificate was nowhere to be found. Evans told KQRS on Jan. 20:
"Yesterday, talking to Neil's office, Neil says that he searched everywhere using his powers as governor ..... there is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii. Absolutely no proof at all that he was born in Hawaii."
But that’s no longer Evans’ story.
“Only this I can you tell you is 100 percent fact: that Neil never told me there was no birth certificate,” Evans told Fox News. “I never talked to him.”

He misspoke several times because he told the same story to many stations from what I’m hearing out of Peter Boyles.

Well, today (Friday the 28th), Evans came on KLBJ at the regular time (6:20AM) and spent most of his spot trying to explain his way out of his statements. This time it went like this:
He evidently told the story on all of his affiliates, but only “mis-spoke” on 3 of them. He apologized for leaving the wrong impression, gave no reason for his “mis-speaking”, and then whined about the total number of spots he does a year and people should understand that sometimes people make mistakes.
He then went on about Reese Witherspoon’s Tupperware fetish.
It should be up on podcast in a couple of hours.

Since de.rm didn’t want to elaborate, lacking liberty to do so, I took the liberty of investigating a little. My first clue is the tag line...

All Kennedy assassination related. In previous posts on other threads de.rm talks of a covert mind control program. He also describes the birth certificate situation as a plant to “take out” The One should it become necessary. He speaks in this thread of ignoring the evidence. I am assuming that is how he thinks these various events are passed by the public. So, in answer to your 9/11 question, my guess is de.rm is a “truther.” Although I only saw one previous post about 9/11 from him and it was vague like these on this thread. Apparently, “bending like a willow” from the song is de.rm”s understanding of how this shadow organization he infers operates.
As an aside, the song he referenced on youtube is elegantly written and performed, by the way.

Please let Mr. Ed answer for himself as a straight honest answer is best.
