Spent first cruise 7 months 10 days of liberty S of Iran(Carter’s “Hostage” Crisis) second cruise off of Lebanon (Reagan’s “State” Dept “Peacekeeping””ClusterF^CK”) Third Cruise Grenada (Operation Urgent Fury) then back to Lebanon then to the N. Atlantic/N. Sea/ Noweigen Fjords to tweek the Soviets. Sept 1980-March 1984 were just TOO much FUN!
