I live in Ridgecrest (China Lake) and have for 39 years. Get’s a bit hot in the summer, but it is worth it to live in one of the last (maybe the last) generally conservative bastions in California. Brilliant minds and freedom to innovate have made China Lake unique since its inception, a crown jewel in our nations security.
