I do not understand why people keep harping on the Original Long Form BC, as that would have been permanently sealed by the family court conducting the adoption.
Sealed PERMANENTLY.
From that point on the NEW birth certificate with their legal adoption name becomes their 'REAL' birth certificate.
The original, pre-adoption BC is permanently sealed, by court order.
His biological mother retained custody throughout.
Birth certificates are sealed only in closed adoptions.
So, would the short form with the new name that he did submit for public view be a total fraud in the case where the original has not been amended with new latest/greatest legal name?
Correct! We adopted two boys, one in Texas and one in Florida. In both cases, we were given a new birth certificate with my wife and I as the parents. The originals are still on file. The information can only be retreived by court order, for just cause.
BTW, since he has not LEGALLY changed his name and he signs everything 0bambi, anything he signs is a fraudulent document and is therefore, null and void.
I think it's because the majority of people are not aware of the adoption. They don't know the procedure. Most have not heard of the name barry soetoro. Whenever I mention that name, I'm asked "Who's that?" when I explain, they give me a look that clearly says I'm off my rocker.
The adoption side of barry's life needs more exposure.

Yes, the judge will request the bc be changed at the state and county levels and the clerks are to replace the old info with the new info on the bc itself and the birth index. Whenever there is a request for the bc under the original name, it won't be found. It will only be found under the new info. However, that said, take it from someone who has been on all sides of the issue that... well, let's just say I'm holding a couple cards back in case the usurper tries to pull another fast one.
