The East West Center wasn’t established until late in 1960
Four of the six buildings were completed and opened in September 1962: Edmondson Hall (a four-story building containing classrooms and laboratories), Kennedy Theatre (an 800-seat theatre), Hale Kuahine (a four-story women's dormitory for 120 students), and Lincoln Hall (a four-story residence hall for senior scholars and faculty).[16] The other two buildings: Jefferson Hall (a four-story conference center, cafeteria, and administrative office building) and Hale Manoa (a 13-story men's dormitory for 480 students) were completed and opened in September 1963.[
So much for meeting in a Russian Class at the East West Centre, but if you check 'Dreams' there's no mention of the East West Centre.
It received it’s funding in 1960. I have no idea if operations were underway before that point or until the buildings were complete as this was a CIA front according to former Spooks.
I have no images of Obama. I just said it is possible that he came here more than once. He said he left Kenya 7 years before 1962. That doesn’t mean he came to the US. He could have been somewhere else and entered the country for some reason. he could have been in and out several times.
I am surprised no one has attemped to get his FOIA file.
