Wheres the so-called Blue Dogs?
Mike Ross (D - AR) voted w/the majority and claims to be a Blue Dog. He ran his 2010 re-election campaign on having voted against Ohaha care, but hid the fact that he voted to get it out of committee. It cost him 2 million to keep his seat. He knows Arkansans are TICKED OFF and he will go against the dumb party when his votes will be publicized, but behind closed doors.....
I'm keeping an eye on him and can't wait for him to try another slick move. I'll march up and down the streets of his district shouting about what he's done if I have to:) We didn't get him out of there in November, but we'll get him out in 2012!
You’re right, dear FRiend. Marxists against us and pray we win.
Thank you for the information on that sneak. Get him out in 2012!
That problem is more of drug-related problems (gunshot victims, overdoses, etc.) and illegal immigrant Anchor Babies, coupled with runny noses of Medicaid recipients.
Drug testing of subsistence-recievers is one way to relieve that, coupled with proof-of-eligibility (i.e., Citizenship) to be treated EVEN ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS, where there is obviously no life-threatening evidence.
Not only is the Emergency Room cost paid via tax dollars, our medical insurance premiums have a built-in escalation where Hospitals have to make up for the "free" un-compensated care costs, so they raise their fees, and the Insurance premiums rise based on costs of service. In effect, we pay more than just in taxes for the "entitlement", we also pay in increased premium costs.
yes!
This is the replacement bill
H.R. to is the repeal bill that they passed today. H.R. 299 was submitted last night and is a repeal/replace bill
I agree...she is the most irritating of them all. I’d rather watch Hillary Clinton Take a shower than listen to Wasserman speak.
“where are the Blue Dogs”
At home, per November 2, 2010.........those are the ones who got voted out
These are states suing Obamacare:
Joining the coalition in the Florida case were: Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Ohio, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
The other states that are suing are:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Washington.
OK, thanks.
How's it looking at this juncture?
Replace it with blue sky.
I heard they want to keep some things. One is keeping kids on parents insurance until age 26. They should lower that to at least 21.
Also something about insurances must take pre-existing conditions.
I don’t mind that.
I guess it will still be government run so what the hell’s changing!!!
Ah, but will you mind paying for it?
There is a reason that insurance companies don't take pre-existing conditions -- except under special circumstances.
If a person with a pre-existing condition that the company actuarily knows is going to cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars -- and they can't charge an appropriate premium -- that means the rest of us will have to pick up the cost in our premiums. I.e., it's no longer insurance, it's welfare.
Forcing insurers to accept people with known pre-existing conditions will increase the cost of everybody's insurance by a significant amount (we're not talking 6-7% here, more like 40-50%).
Some states have pre-existing condition insurance pools, to whom the insurers must sell insurance. However, because of the known risk, the cost is prohibitive -- and few people actually take advantage of it.
ObamaCare CAN be repealed!

Nicolae Ceauşescu
Another Marxist crook.
Arrested in 1933, when he was 15 years old, for "active distribution of communist and anti-fascist propaganda"
And that is exactly what we're dealing w/now! If I knew how to photoshop I'd put Mike Ross's face on that pic:)
I read your home page and give it a hearty thumbs up. Also, your tagline is SPOT ON! These people aren't fooling me.
