DES MOINES, WA -- In November police officers tased, then shot and killed a 120-pound Newfoundland named Rosie.
The shooting sparked both a community vigil for the dog and an independent review of the officers' actions.
Although initiall reports were that the dog was acting aggressively when she escaped from her fenced yard and was spotted roaming neighborhood streets, video taken from the patrol car dash-cams may cast the shooting in a different light.
Warning: Videos contain graphic sounds and language.
The videos, released by Des Moines Police show the dog being tazed by an officer, then running away. In another video you hear an officer fire his gun, presumably hitting the dog, then another officer saying "Nice".

Well, you sided with one of the obvious dog haters in this thread.
Birds of a feather and all that.
However I do apologize to you for jumping to a conclusion.
Well, I am a professional musician.
You know we’re all a little off our rockers.
Thanks Joe. I hate these kind of things, you’d think the tazer would subdue the dog. Big dogs running loose always scare people but don’t merit killing unless they are very aggressive.
If they tried that down South, it’d be open season on the warden.
I read in a book by the title of Confessions of a Concierge
that the Nazis, y”s, intended to shoot all the dogs in
Paris. However they decided they didn’t have enough
ammunition for that and other purposes. This was mentioned
en passant; the subject of the book told of her surprise at
seeing their dog in the neighborhood when they returned
from one evacuation.
How about making abstention from movies and TV a requirement
for whatever replaces law enforcement as we now know it?
Stating that anyone who would harm any persons or property in his family would be dealt with does not make Emperor Palpatine a “nut”; it makes him a conservative.
In contrast, making intellectually dishonest claims and spouting outright fabrications is behavior one would expect of the intellectually liberal, not the intellectually conservative.
You have failed to establish that Emperor Palpatine has made any threats in this tread. No conservative lawyer would read what he had written and state that he had legally threatened anyone. Although a few liberal lawyers would probably be calling their mothers.
You have further established that your intellectual dishonesty is on the same level as that of a liberal. Intellectual honesty garners you respect; intellectual dishonesty is embarrassing to the entire forum.
“you are the one that has no respect for another persons private property. It all belongs to you”
And I will also wait for objective evidence of this claim—said evidence cannot stem from your very active imagination.
It’s the sort of claim an intellectually dishonest liberal (but I repeat myself) would make, not an intellectually honest conservative.
