Yes there is, right here. You posted it your very self. Don't you even remember your own posts? Geesh. A state game warden, deputy warden, sheriff, deputy sheriff, constable, police officer or state police may kill by shooting with firearms, dogs, whether licensed or unlicensed, when in such close pursuit as to endanger the life of a deer or moose or found in the act of wounding, maiming or killing deer or moose.
Clear as day. Like I said, just admit you were wrong (or that your GWs are lawbreakers) and stop digging.
I just called one of YOUR LOCAL game wardens....Dennis Amsden, Danville 802-751-7695.
Mr. Amsden said if ANY warden shot a loose dog without evidence of being in the act of bringing down game, they would not have their job long. He said he has been a warden for ten years...and has NEVER shot a dog.
He did say that 20 years ago dogs were a problem, but not recently.
So the next time you want to twist laws/regs to fit your twisted interpretation of them, make sure you can't be crossed up by pesky facts.
Nice job. :)
It doesn't seem like the kind of place where in a town of 250, you could have a job shooting neighbors' labs, and still have any one talk to you at the coffee shop or be able to show your face in church.
“...and all of mine are well feed and behind the fence.”
You belong behind a fence. One about fifteen feet high, topped with concertina wire.
I just can’t watch the video. This was not necessary.
Google 'Westminster Josh' for a look at a great dog who represents his breed so well.
No. To immediately end the dog’s suffering, he would have shot him in the HEAD. Shooting him numerous times in the BELLY is CRUEL and INHUMAN.
And so are you for defending that behavior.
I watch it every year. A friend of mine has a puppy who is sired by Josh.
They are the most loving dogs in the world, not for everyone though....lots of hair, drool and immense. When my kids would eat breakfast in the am, they would know to grab hold of their glasses and cereal bowls if Boss tried to get under the table, he’d about lift it off the ground.
When he died, my neighbors were actually so sorry to hear about it they came and offered their condolences. All of the kids loved him! The funny stories of life with that dog still can make me laugh til I cry.
We lost 2 Newfies, my kids laugh because I can spot one a mile away. I will pull my car over and jump out just to pet one.
They need to train their officers on how not to be COWARDS when it comes to dogs. This is happening way too often! They are COWARDS!!!
I am a sporting group fan and always want a spaniel to win, lol but I loved that Newfie and was thrilled when he won. What a wonderful dog with so much personality!
They are very sweet. However; I would not count on him to protect any of the family members.
That is why we also have a German Shepherd / Chow mix. Nobody gets past that dog.
Hey, bring your dog over to Danville and turn him loose. Buahahahaha!
I just called Trevor Szymanowski of North Concord and he said that evidence is what I indicated, the dog doesn’t have to have a bone in its mouth, the evidence is that the dog is tracking, my friend, nose to the ground , ass in the air. And thats virtually all dogs that are loose.
Sure bring your dog over and let him run.I’ll even help you out and call Trevor ahead of time.
Check mate!! Good job!! :)
SO before you all get your shorts in a twist, bring your dog up here and turn him loose, IF you are so sure that YOU are right. I know how it is and how it works. I have seen several dogs belonging to neighbors shot under exactly those circumstances. And they all whined just like several of you on this thread are whining. What a laugh.
I hope you don’t have pets............or kids.
You again? You don’t have the good sense of shame. If I was you I wouldn’t be able to show my handle around FR for weeks after the thrashing you’ve got on this thread.
Have fun with that and moan and whine on elsewhere.
Losers always attack personally. Its the mark of liberals and whining progressive conservatives.
