As a little kid, I remember going on trips or just being in the car and hearing the intro song to Rush Limbaugh on the radio. Good stuff. Thanks for everything Rush.

On a side note, I did not know that the intro song was an actual song until I was eating in an Isaac’s, 2 years ago, and it came on the radio. Weird stuff.

I saw Chrissie Hynde and the Pretenders perform “My City Was Gone” live some years ago in Austin. (The Pretenders were a largely British backup band and they sure kicked a$$.)

Of course everybody was anticipating “The Tune” and, despite the political leanings of the performer and most of the crowd, it got the biggest response of any tune that evening.
