That way people will be able to sneak across the border and get food and supplies.
The "gimme" class will stay right where they are in Chicago. Missouri, Kentucky and Iowa also share a border with Illinois, Michigan too for that matter but we don't need to go there. I'm looking in Missouri.
Another bonus for anyone in Illinois considering Wisconsin, we have a darn good chance at passing CCW laws now. So keep that in mind!
